Who will I actually work with?
The founders. Sahil leads the technical work and Surabhi leads growth, and one of them is on every engagement from the first call. When a project needs more hands, we bring in senior engineers we've worked with before, and you meet them before they start.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. You get plain-English updates every week, a working demo every Friday, and every important decision written down with the trade-offs.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repo, your cloud and your accounts.
Fixed price or hourly?
The Diagnostic, sprints and pilots are fixed-price against a written scope. Fractional CTO work is a monthly retainer. We quote each engagement after a 30-minute call, once we understand the scope.
Can you work with our existing team or agency?
Yes. We can lead the team, add senior capacity alongside it, or review and steer an agency's work.
What stack do you use?
We default to TypeScript, Next.js, Python and Postgres, with OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source models, and we adapt to yours.
What happens after launch?
A documented handover to your team, or ongoing support at a set monthly rate.
How do you handle our data?
We sign an NDA before we see anything sensitive, work with least-privilege access inside your accounts, and never use your data to train models.
